Overall, its excellent home base for exploring Ulm attractions. We had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a seating area in the room.

The room was quiet, the staff were helpful! The location was so close to lots of places to eat, such as bakeries and restaurants.

Best bnb experience. For dinner we chose Siedepunkt Restaurant, that was 100 metres from the hotel. The bed in the room was good. A free Wi-Fi worked well;)))

Choosing for lunch Gaststatte Panorama, which is situated 400 metres away was a good idea. Really ideally located hotel. The property is not far from a motorway.
